It is His Excellency Enrique Delgado Genta, Uruguayan ambassador to Russia.
His Excellency is here to discuss further development of the partnership between Uruguay and SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School and support for the opening of a consulate here in our lovely city.

We will have a excursion of the school starting around 12.45 followed by meeting on the second floor.

The partnership with Uruguay was created back in 2013 when SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School reached an agreement with the Uruguayan government agency INAC, who has the responsibility to oversee Meat production and export in Uruguay. The choice to work with Uruguay beef and lamb meat is because it is outstanding in terms of quality, care for animals, traceability and sustainability.
