On 13th of September at SWISSAM Business School was held Culinary Arts Alumni meeting.
Special guest of the event - chef from Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St.Petersburg, Mike Li, gave a professional master class on traditional Chinese cuisine. Famous chef presented dishes such as the glazed beef in oyster sauce with shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and bell pepper; salad with shrimps and fried rice.
After the master class guests were offered a buffet. The meeting was held in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Graduates exchanged professional experiences and share their successes.
