This fall the students of IMI International Hospitality Management UG, and ICE Culinary Arts. Chef Education programms presented mono conceptual Italian restaurant «White Collar Pasta».
Nowadays the gastronomic trend is - mono conceptual restaurant, where the menu is built around a single dish or ingredient. Our students have decided to gladden their guests by classic Italian pasta made of durum wheat.
Guests could book one of the four kinds of pasta with bolognese sauce, pesto, quattro formagio or arrabiatta. The first dish was served by minestrone soup. For dessert guests were offered delicious tiramisu and strawberry panna cotta.
The interior of the restaurant «White Collar Pasta» was filled with an atmosphere of comfort, warmth and popular Italian tunes. The quality of food and level of service have earned high marks from guests.
