A long-awaited summer has come and the preparations for the Restaurant Day of SWISSAM Business School are well under way. This time the event will take place on July 9th at open space in the front of SWISSAM main campus. Just for one day the square will turn into unique place for rest and implementation of creative restaurant concepts.
The Restaurant Day is a perfect possibility for students to realize their own ideas, demonstrate entrepreneurial skills and creativity. Restaurant projects are also graduation thesis of our students that reflects all obtained skills and knowledge during the education. Students of Culinary Arts. Chef Education also take part in restaurant projects by implementation of culinary concepts.
On 9th July it will be presented 3 projects of pop-up restaurants: street food in American 50’s style “Max Diner“, beach street food “Summer Set” and street food of different continents “Ippolit Kosmopolit”.
